Areas I Can Help With
Whatever brings you to therapy, we can begin with what feels important to you and work from there.
I will never judge you, give you advice, or tell you what you should do. I will always meet you with kindness, curiosity, and compassion.

If you have noticed that something you do to cope isn’t helping in the way it once did, or you would like to understand your relationship with it better, therapy can be the place to do that.
You don't need a label or diagnosis.
Whatever you are experiencing, I will sit with you and support you.
If you're unsure if I am the right therapist for you, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and determine what you want to gain from therapy. This gives us both a chance to decide if working together feels like the right fit. Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and I believe it's important that you feel comfortable, understood and confident that I am the right person to support you on your journey.
